This week a number of our readers in the United States would have seen the Android 4.3 update launch on their HTC One smartphone if they are on Sprint, although other carriers still have to wait. The release date window for Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile has been made clear to ease frustration.
The clarity came thanks to a tweet on the official HTC USA Twitter account, and you can see the exact tweet in a screenshot below. If you have already seen this message and still wonder when the HTC One Android 4.3 update will release for your device, then you sadly will have to wait, as this is the most up-to-date information.
In a nutshell, the HTC One Android 4.3 update will see a release date on AT&T and T-Mobile around mid-Oct, but those of you on Verizon Wireless will have to wait until the end of October.
It is true that the majority of HTC One users in the USA are on Verizon and AT&T, so the initial Sprint rollout could be a test to fix any problems before the bigger launch goes live.
Next up will be Google Android 4.4, so feel free to leave your wish list for that update in the comments. It is also worth noting the EVO 4G LTE will see a 4.3 update by the end of 2013.
